Phase 1: Your journey begins with an initial in-depth consultation where we review your:

Phase 2: Based on this evaluation, we’ll create a personalized plan that may include:

  • Weight loss support (including after surgery or medication)

  • Sustainable behavior shifts to create long-term change

Phase 3: Each visit includes a detailed follow-up email with:

  • Supplement suggestions and wellness resources
